- Large scale program planning and execution experience of 10 to 12 years
- Knowledge of Waterfall methodology
- Strong ability to drive team to results and handle constant change ambiguity
- Complex and highly integrated landscape understanding
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Financial management of a large multi-million-euro project
