Position: Quality Control Assistant (Full-Time position)

Responsibilities
· Carry out incoming inspection for raw materials and packaging materials.
· Conduct hourly CCPs, product quality and sensory checking to ensure the finished products meet the FSMS, regulatory and customers’ requirements.
· Conduct internal calibration, incoming water testing and frying oil quality checking.
· Carry out personal hygiene, general housekeeping, cleaning & sanitation, and pest control monitoring to ensure GMP system are well-implemented.
· Conduct supplier evaluation on yearly basis.
· As a trainer to deliver monthly training for operators.
· Assist in internal and external audit.
· Assist FSTL and/ or QA Executive in the quality and/or food safety-related issues.
Requirements
· Candidates shall possess at least SPM / diploma/ bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Food Technology or other related fields.
· No experience is required since on-the-job training will be provided. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Good communication skill verbal and written.
· Self-starter and willing to learn.
· Able to work independently; in contrast, able to be good team player when work in a group.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
· Possess basic knowledge regarding Food Safety Management System such as GMP, HACCP, ISO22000 will be an added advantage.
