Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including dining room, kitchen, and bar areas
- Train, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, and complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring a variety of offerings and seasonal specials
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and controlling costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and licensing requirements
- Conduct regular staff meetings, provide feedback, and implement training programs as needed
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvements
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, employee engagement, and excellent customer experiences
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and customer service
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards
- Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food handling practices, and licensing requirements
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
