Operations Manager - Restaurant & Bar [Philippines]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including dining room, kitchen, and bar areas
  • Train, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service
  • Handle customer inquiries, and complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring a variety of offerings and seasonal specials
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and controlling costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and licensing requirements
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, provide feedback, and implement training programs as needed
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, employee engagement, and excellent customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and customer service
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards
  • Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food handling practices, and licensing requirements
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
