Accommodation Supervisor [United Arab Emirates]


 

Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Support HR with the on boarding process for new staff moving in the accommodation arranging rooms, introduction to the accommodation space and colleagues, as well as accommodation policies
Coordinate with all external suppliers for staff accommodation
Organize and set up employees rooms as assigned by HR ensure rooms are furnished, cleaned etc.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of accommodation at all times
Ensure the highest level of health, safety standards and report any hazards to the Project Manager
Carry out daily patrols in the accommodation and report anything unusual to be noted and reported to the Manager and ensure all problems which may arise are solved as soon as possible
Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and procedures
Prepare weekly accommodation reports for the HR Department.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

Driving license is a must
Minimum 2 years in a similar role
Team management skills
Time management and record keeping skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent command in spoken and written Urdu, Hindi and English.

  • Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
