As a Sales Coordinator you are responsible for order handling, logistics arrangements, documentation, invoicing and customer service for your nominated customers.
You will work in close collaboration with customers, sales managers, demand planning and other stakeholders to meet customer expectations.
Your main responsibilities:

- Customer service: order handling from taking of an order up to delivery of the goods to the customer, including needed documentations
- Logistics: organizing transport and other logistics services with a chosen service providers
- Other tasks: Administration of selected product and customer registers
You will be based in Turku.
What we expect from you:
- Preferably Bachelor of Science in Sales, Logistics or other applicable education
- Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English. Other language skills are an advantage
- 3 years’ experience in demand & supply operations
- Customer service mindset and flexibility
- Excellent interaction and team working skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to solve complex problems within limited time
- Experience in using SAP, Synkka and supporting IT tools (Microsoft Office)
- Knowledge of food industry is an advantage
