Note: We are only considering candidates with experience in US staffing as an OPT recruiter.
Need to work from office Monday-Friday.
- Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H1 Transfer candidates from Job portals, universities and networks, a prior database of OPT candidates.
- Experience in recruiting OPT/GC/H4-EAD/L2-EAD/ US citizen hiring with effective hands-on experience on various job boards. I.e. Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Tech Fetch, etc.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
- Maintain an active database of OPT candidates.
- Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
- Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
- Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills.
- Should have some understanding about the immigration process.
- Reviewing resumes for experience OPT candidates and verifying work status.
- You need to have some understanding of the IT skills that are trending in the market.
- Knowledge of visa classification terms, rules, and guidelines
- Good knowledge of tax terms such as C2C, W2, 1099 is required.
- Should be able to educate the consultants.
- Ability to make calls every day to the consultants.
- Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the *OPT*/CPT/EAD
- Candidates for Online training/ Classroom Training/Marketing.
- Must be able to maintain contact with consultants on a daily basis.
- Better to have experience in On-boarding W2 Consultants as well.
- Arrange schedules for technical interview.
Qualifications:
Inter/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2 - 5 years' prior industry related opt recruitment experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
Focused and goal oriented.
Industry knowledge: Knowledge and experience in staffing industry.
Shift timings: 6:30PM to 3:30AM.
