About the role
Are you an experienced flooring installer or contractor that is looking to take their career to the next level. This role is as a Key Contract Manager for an important strategic and growth client for our business. This role requires someone with a mix of technical flooring expertise, an ability to manage and run jobs and a high level of customer service.
This is a salaried position and a perfect opportunity to craft your own high performing team within the Complete Flooring organization
Responsibilities include:
- Establishing key onsite relationships with Facilities Managers, or other key personnel within the client
- Establishment of a plan of regular preventive maintenance work and carrying out that work within your team
- Utilisation of the Complete Flooring Traffic Light system to identify critical flooring work and opportunities for project based work
- Scheduling of routine maintenance work using resources available to you
- Liaison with the Operations Manager to ensure larger project work is resourced appropriately
- Management of onsite workshop and site specific stock including ordering from suppliers
- Completion of flooring installation or maintenance tasks
- Monthly reporting to the client on work carried out, including an overview of product used and Traffic Light updates
- Correct record keeping and data collection for invoicing purposes and preparation of monthly invoices to the client
- Management of Health and Safety onsite

Skills and experience
The successful candidatewill be professional &well presented, andmust have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You must have a high degree of technical flooring experience particularly in vinyl laying and be able to run and manage your own team effectively and efficiently.
Youll also have some skill and experience at managing customer needs and priorities and be adept at identifying opportunities for business growth.
We use Tradify as a job management tool and some experience with that or a similar job management tool is highly desirable.
