Medical Collection Call Center Representative (experienced or trainee):

  • Set a firm schedule that works for you from a multitude of options including but not limited to
    • Monday through Friday days
    • Afternoon through evening
    • Weekends
  • Starting wage is $15-$17 plus bonus (first year average $45,000)
  • Part-time employees can earn premium pay on nights and weekends
  • Full-time employees have uncapped commission/bonus based on what you collect each month.
  • Initial and ongoing paid training provided to the extent needed to accomplish your goals and ensure your success
  • Three weeks of paid vacation plus holiday pay for full-time employees and pro-rated amount for part-time.

What you will do as a Medical Collection Call Center Representative:In this position you will work with consumers who are struggling with past due financial obligations to their medical providers. You will use your creative problem solving, active listening, negotiation ability and empathetic communication skill to set up payments. After each call, the consumer is invited to share their thoughts about your effectiveness helping them and applaud you for doing so in a dignified and respectful manner.

Additional Notes:

  • Previous Medical Collection and/or Facs and Workstation system experience welcomed but not required. (Experienced new hires have potential to and may earn closer to our tenured annual average of $70,000)
  • Previous experience focusing on detail, while getting results in a fast-paced environment will accelerate your success
  • Reliable and dependable team member
  • Ability to self-manage in remote office when working from home is a must
  • Remote employees must have a private workspace and reliable internet ( minimum upload speed of 5mbps and download of 10mbps) during working hours
